This gentle, refreshing, water-based vitamin C serum hydrates and absorbs quickly without stickiness. Lighter than the Vitamin C 23 Serum, it can be used daily. 

With regular use, the Vitamin C 13 serum will fade blemishes, dark spots and freckling, while improving overall skin tone.

Precautions: Some people are sensitive to Vitamin C, so we recommend to patch test, to reduce frequency of use if necessary, and to avoid using with AHA and BHA.
