Start the Day: Recommendations for Dry/Dehydrated Skin

DEHYDRATED or DRY?

Does your skin appear dull, with accentuated fine lines and dark circles under your eyes, when you wake up? You are likely dehydrated. Before starting any skincare routine, drink a glass of water. If you don't have dry skin, you may decide to just use essence/serum OR moisturiser. Regardless of skin type, make sure to drink water throughout the day.
